Hettie Feldman is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston University School of Law and has been practicing law with Saul Feldman since 1999. She represents numerous real estate developers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions, including the financing of mid-sized apartment buildings, retail properties, commercial condominiums, mixed-use properties, restaurants and parking lots. She has represented commercial lenders and clients in all areas of greater Boston, and has represented numerous owners and developers in condominium development and conversion of small, medium and large scale condominium projects.

Hettie has also represented commercial landlords in leasing and evictions, and has performed numerous tax abatements on the local level. She has lectured in the area of Condominium Law at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
